Quality Repairs

An experienced technician will disassemble, clean, evaluate, assemble, align and test every servo motor. After the initial testing of the
repaired unit, the servomotor will then be reinspected and retested by a quality control technician. The QC technician will then
proceed with retesting brake holding torque (if unit has brake), BEMF specs and feedback alignment and signals. Upon completion of
QC, the unit will be sent back with a motor inspection sheet that will include the initial test results at incoming, replacement and or repair of
defective parts, bench test results, hourly labor breakdown and QC final test results.
