warranty on parts & labor.

• Feedback repair or replacement.
• Connector replacement.
• Feedback cover and mounting plate replacement.
• Fan Assembly replacement (w/ shroud).

COMPONENT service is not available when...
|
*Bearings and/or seals need replacement
*Shaft is damaged
*Winding is damaged
*Shaft and/or Endbell bearing fit is damaged

*Damage of this nature requires REFURBISH
|

REFURBISH SERVICE includes all of the following and comes with a
12-month limited-warranty on the entire motor.
|
• All bearings, seals, and/or brushes are removed and replaced.
• Stators, armatures, coils (windings of any sort) are cleaned, baked,
and if necessary reinsulated and/or rewound.
• All shaft and endbell bearing and seal fits are cleaned and inspected.
If out of tolerance, they are machined to the component’s
specification.
• All shafts are inspected for damage such as diameter and keyway
wear, runout, and burrs. If out of tolerance, they are machined to the
component’s specification.
• All housings, covers, shrouds, etc., are cleaned and inspected for
damage. Any damage found is repaired or the component is replaced.
• All feedback devices are cleaned, inspected, & tested. Any damage
found is repaired or the component is replaced.
